The ME System helps users reprogram their bodies to a proper and natural alignment--what we call "empowered alignment." This reprogramming is accomplished by methodically building muscle strength in areas of the body that have been neglected or de-emphasized by our sedentary and desk prone lifestyles. The system also increases core strength, corrects bilateral asymmetrical muscle load, and increases muscle awareness.

The net benefit of the System is that it trains your body to default to a more natural and healthy alignment that better supports our backs, joints and musculature whether were working out, sitting at our desk or driving in traffic. The principles taught in the ME System give each user a solid foundation for every activity they encounter – from making dinner to crossing the finish line.

The ME Everyday iPad App is a handy tool that will help you learn the basics of the ME System as well as help you plan a progressive, 28 day cycle that can be repeated indefinitely.

They system is built around building the ideal alignment profile, a basic warmup, and a daily regime of movements that will strengthen the muscles that create the ideal and empowered posture. As an added bonus, the App includes targeted movements such as routines that can be done in your office, or on the road, or body area specific routines if youre looking to suppliment your daily plan with more targeted work.
